No. We design courses to be accessible to non-technical people. We start with everyday cases (writing an email, summarizing a document, generating an image) and only ramp up complexity as the group needs. If you come with prior experience, we channel you to more advanced content.

Both. For individuals and small groups we offer live online (Zoom/Meet) with real interaction. For companies and centers, on-site at their offices or at our Banyeres del Penedès location. Hybrid format (on-site kick-off + online sessions) for distributed teams.

Depends on program and level: introduction 4h (one afternoon), full applied 16-24h in 2-4 sessions, advanced or custom in-company 40h+. Optimal duration decided in the discovery session based on objectives.

Spanish, Catalan, English, French. For multilingual groups (common in Barcelona-based multinationals) we pick a primary language and provide supporting materials in another language.

Yes. We update content and tools 2-3 times a year because the AI market moves very fast. If at the time of your course there is a relevant new tool (e.g. a major Claude update or new OpenAI model), we incorporate it.

Yes. All courses issue an official certificate upon completion (with hours, content, and IAescola signature as registered FUNDAE training entity). If the student has met the evaluated learning objectives, the certificate reflects that.

As a freelancer WITHOUT employees, you cannot subsidize FUNDAE (you don't pay training contributions). If you have employees, yes: you as administrator and your employees can subsidize the cost. For individual freelancers we have direct payment with group discounts.

The regime differs: public administrations have their own systems (INAP, IAAP, autonomous regional schools). IAescola delivers contracted training directly, but FUNDAE subsidy doesn't apply to civil servant personnel. For public labor employees it may apply — confirm with your HR department.
