There is one route for people who come on their own and another for those training a team.
Coming on your own?
If you are coming on your own, start with the AI Course for Everyone: an open group, no prior knowledge needed, working on real tasks from your job.
- What you learn
- What AI is and what kinds of tools exist, how to use ChatGPT and Claude with judgement, how to write clear prompts and fix them when the answer is no use, and how to apply AI to three real tasks from your job.
- What it is like
- An 8 h open group, live online, with other people who come on their own; or private lessons. In-person training is for companies only.
- Next edition
- Tuesday 17, Thursday 19, Tuesday 24 and Thursday 26 November, 18:30–20:30 (Madrid time). A group of 8 to 12 people, live online. If we do not reach 8 people, we cancel the edition, tell you at least 72 hours before the first session and refund everything you have paid.
- Certificate
- At the end you receive an IAescola certificate of participation.

- Open group course: €160 per person. Private lessons: €80 per hour or 5-hour pack: €350. VAT included.

- Direct payment by bank transfer. FUNDAE funding only applies to companies in Spain.

What is AI training?
Applied AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, image and video tools, autonomous agents) has gone from engineer-only technology to everyday tool for any professional. Knowing how to use it well saves time on tasks like writing, analyzing, generating content, programming, translating, summarizing literature, customer support, or data-driven decisions.
But using it BADLY creates real problems: confidential data leaks, biased decisions, fabricated content, GDPR violations, blind dependence on the tool. That's why good training doesn't teach «ChatGPT tricks», it teaches judgment, real sector use cases, and ethical/legal limits.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, NotebookLM, Perplexity, Canva IA, Diffit, sector-specific tools. We update the toolset 2-3 times a year because the market changes fast.
Real practical cases
No academic demos. Exercises on real client material (with NDA if applicable). Each participant leaves with templates, prompts, and workflows ready to use the following Monday.
Ethics, GDPR and judgment
What NEVER to upload to public AI, how to configure privacy-enhanced accounts, ethical criteria for AI-assisted work, GDPR policy for companies adopting AI. No useless theory, concrete cases.
Flexible format
Live online, on-site in Barcelona/Tarragona/in-company, or hybrid. We adapt format to client team and schedule. Materials delivered in the training language.
Who delivers the training?
Digital transformation specialist with applied AI. More than 30 years teaching, 15 of them as a secondary-school teacher; before focusing on AI he ran a digital marketing agency. Has trained professionals, teams, and educational centers in Catalonia and Spain. Multilingual: Catalan, Spanish, English, French.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an AI course cost?
The price for individuals is published on this page, under "Coming on your own?", VAT included: the 8 h open group and the private lessons. For companies it is quoted per group, after the free 15-minute diagnosis, and can be funded through the company's FUNDAE credit, depending on the credit available and the requirements that apply.
Is the course online or in person?
The open group for individuals is live online. Companies choose: in person at their site in Catalonia, live online from anywhere in Spain, or a mix of both.
How long does an AI course last?
The open group for individuals lasts 8 h. For companies the length is agreed after a first free conversation, depending on the goal: from the basic AI literacy of Article 4 of the AI Act (one 2-hour session) to building AI into processes or leading an AI project.
Do I need to know tech or how to code?
No. To use AI at work it is enough to know how to send an email and use the internet: you learn to ask well (prompting), to pick the right tool, to check what it answers and to protect data. For the AI Course for Everyone you only need a laptop with an internet connection, and we give you temporary access to the tools. Building your own models does take programming and maths, the subject of university degrees and master's programmes.
Is there a diploma or certificate?
Yes. At the end of the course, each attendee receives a certificate of achievement if they pass the assessment, or a certificate of attendance if they do not.
