AI automation isn't the automation you already know
Traditional automation runs on fixed rules: if X happens, do Y. It's fast and reliable, but it breaks as soon as an exception or unstructured data shows up: a badly formatted email, an invoice with a different layout, an ambiguous request from a customer. AI automation adds language models that understand content, not just format: they read an email and pull out what matters, classify a document even if it doesn't follow a template, and draft a reasonable reply before a person reviews it.
We work in two ways: we train your team to build and maintain its own automations with the AI automation course, or we build them for you on request as part of the consulting, with human oversight at the steps that need it.

Training is quoted per group, not per person, and can be funded through your company's FUNDAE credit. The rebate is subject to available credit and compliance with applicable requirements. Are automation and AI agents the same thing?
Not exactly. An automation follows a flow of steps defined in advance; an AI agent decides for itself which steps to take based on a goal. In practice, many AI automations include one or more agents for the parts that need more judgment.
Can I take the AI automation course on my own?
Yes. Besides training for teams, we are preparing open-group editions for people who come on their own, live online or in person in Catalonia. FUNDAE funding is for companies training their staff, so it does not apply to individuals.
Do I need to know how to code to automate with AI?
Not to start. Tools such as n8n or Make are used by joining steps visually, and the AI step is set up with instructions in plain language. Coding helps in advanced cases, but what matters is understanding the process you want to automate and where to check the result.
