What we ask in return

    An optional post-training conversation for other SMBs to see what worked at yours (anonymisable case if you prefer).

    Commitment to apply the training — we're looking for SMBs that want to transform, not just "receive free training".

Who we're looking for

  • ✅ Catalan SMBs with 5-50 employees
  • ✅ Engaged leadership (CEO or C-level as project sponsor)
  • ✅ Sector with structured data: accounting firms, law firms, private healthcare, retail, real estate, agencies
  • ✅ Capacity to dedicate 12-16h of your team to training + 30 days of application
  • ❌ NOT accepting: companies without commitment to apply learning, solo freelancers, NGOs (we help them in a different program)

Timeline

    Week 1

    Diagnostic session

    90 min online to identify 2-3 priority use cases in your sector.

  2. 2

    Weeks 2-3

    Intensive training

    4 sessions of 3-4h, in-person or online (your choice). Hands-on, no slides.

  3. 3

    Weeks 4-7

    Application + support

    Your team applies to day-to-day. We're a WhatsApp away.

  4. 4

    Week 8

    Testimonial + logo

    We record a short 60-90s testimonial. You receive final documentation, IAescola receives the case study.
