From trying Claude to working with Claude
Plenty of people have used Claude for the odd task. Few make use of what surrounds the chat: Projects that keep a team's context, artifacts where documents and small tools get built, Cowork for handing over multi-step work, Skills holding the company's procedures, and connectors to the apps you already use.
The course works through those pieces with real tasks from your role or your team: what you hand to Claude, how you set it up to do it well, how you review what it delivers and which information never gets uploaded. It is taught live, in your language, and for companies in Spain it may qualify for FUNDAE rebates, subject to available credit and applicable requirements.
What you will learn to use
Claude's building blocks as of October 2026: what each one does and which plans include it, according to Anthropic's official documentation.
Projects
Workspaces with their own chats, reference files and instructions. We set one up with your documentation (manuals, templates, brand voice) so the context does not have to be repeated in every conversation. Available on every plan (the free one allows five); sharing them with a team requires Team or Enterprise.
Artifacts
The space next to the chat where Claude creates and revises documents, code and visualisations you can iterate on and download. We practise asking for a useful draft and reviewing it before accepting it.
Cowork
You hand Claude a multi-step job and it carries it out, rather than answering one prompt at a time: sorting files, building a report from several sources, filling in a spreadsheet. Paid plans only (Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise). We look at which tasks make sense to delegate and how to supervise them.
Skills
Folders of instructions, scripts and resources that Claude loads when a task calls for them. They make a company procedure (a report format, a contract review) come out the same way every time. On Team and Enterprise, the owner can provision them for the whole organisation.
Connectors
They give Claude access to apps such as Google Drive, Gmail or Calendar and, in some cases, let it act in them. They run on MCP, Anthropic's open standard. We decide what to connect and what not to, because every connector is a door into your data.
Claude Code
The coding tool: it works on a repository from the terminal or the editor and takes on delegated coding tasks. Included in Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. For technical teams it is added as a module of its own.
Claude plans for business, and personal data
Prices and terms as of October 2026, as Anthropic publishes them (in US dollars, USD, not converted). They change: check the official pricing page before you buy.
Pro and Max: personal plans
Free, Pro and Max are the consumer plans, meant for individual use. Pro costs 17 USD a month on annual billing (200 USD charged up front) or 20 USD month to month. Max starts at 100 USD a month. In Anthropic's official table the "Model training" row reads "Opt-out" for Free, Pro and Max (that is, there is an option to exclude your data from training) and "None by default" for Team and Enterprise. For the data terms of the consumer plans, check Anthropic's current policy: we do not treat them as equivalent to the commercial ones.
Team: 2 to 150 people
Commercial plans start at Team. Standard seat: 20 USD per seat per month billed annually (25 USD billed monthly). Premium seat, with 5x more usage: 100 USD per seat per month billed annually, or 125 USD per seat per month billed monthly. Includes single sign-on (SSO) and, according to Anthropic, no model training on your content by default.
Enterprise: from 20 seats
20 USD per seat per month billed annually, 20-seat minimum, plus usage billed at API rates. It adds audit logs, a compliance API, custom data retention controls and role-based permissions to Team.
Who sells the plans
IAescola does not sell or resell Claude plans: you buy them from Anthropic. Here we help you choose and, in the course, set up the plan you take.
Claude and the GDPR: what Anthropic says, and what it does not
This section covers Anthropic's commercial services (Team and Enterprise), not the Free, Pro and Max consumer plans. Anthropic's Commercial Terms (effective 17 June 2025) say Anthropic may not train models on the content a customer sends to its services, and that this data is processed under its Data Processing Addendum (DPA), incorporated into the terms by reference. The addendum includes the standard contractual clauses for transferring personal data to third countries.
Its privacy centre (article dated 18 August 2026) adds that, by default, Anthropic does not use the inputs or outputs of its commercial products for training, unless you send feedback or bug reports or opt in. According to another article on organisation data (1 July 2026), a deleted chat is removed from its storage systems within 30 days; if the usage policy is breached, inputs and outputs can be kept for up to 2 years and safety classifications for up to 7 years; and specific agreements (for example, zero data retention) change those periods.
Using Claude is not the same as complying with the GDPR. The DPA is the data-processing annex incorporated into the commercial terms; it does not replace your own assessment of the provider. You need to weigh the instructions you give it, sub-processors, retention, security and the transfer mechanism that applies, as well as which data you upload, on what legal basis and who can see it in your company. In the course we turn it into rules for your team: what information is never uploaded, what changes between a personal and a company account, and who administers the plan.

Why a Claude course rather than general AI training
Claude handles long documents well
Whole contracts, reports, minutes or case files fit into one conversation. People who know how to frame the request get far more reliable analyses and summaries than with one-off questions.
Context is prepared once
With Projects and Skills, the company's documentation and procedures are available to every conversation. In the course we set them up with your materials.
When Claude and when ChatGPT or Copilot
No assistant is best at everything. We cover the tasks where Claude tends to do better (careful writing, long documents, code) and when another tool makes more sense.
Cases from your own role
Marketing does not use Claude the way legal or finance does. The exercises are adapted to each person's or department's real work: drafting and reviewing text, analysing contracts and reports, preparing data.

Before we start, we look at whether you already use Claude or other assistants, for which tasks, on which plan and with what results. That is the real starting point.

Real documents and tasks
We work with your materials: reports, contracts, proposals, spreadsheets. We practise asking Claude for a reliable result and reviewing it before using it.

Projects, Skills and connectors
We leave at least one Project set up with reference documentation and, where the plan allows, a Skill or a connector for a recurring task.

Data, GDPR and supervision
Which information is never uploaded, what changes between a personal and a company account, how to supervise what Cowork does and how to document AI use in your processes.
What about Anthropic's free courses?
They exist and they are good. Anthropic Academy publishes some twenty-five free courses, such as Claude 101, Claude Code 101, Introduction to Claude Cowork and AI Fluency, and Claude 101 comes with a certificate. They are generic by design: meant for any user anywhere.
This course is something else: live, in your language, built on the documents and tasks of your job, with someone answering your specific questions and, for companies in Spain, with the FUNDAE notifications filed and the documentation prepared by us. If you would rather start on your own, Anthropic's courses are a good first step, and you can come here afterwards to apply them.

Does it include Claude Code?
The general course focuses on everyday work with Claude. For technical teams we add a Claude Code module: how to delegate tasks on a repository, review them and set what it may touch.
Does the course include a certificate?
Yes. Participants who pass the assessment receive a certificate of achievement and those who finish without passing it, a certificate of attendance. Both form part of the training records when the company applies the FUNDAE rebate to the course.
How much does the Claude course cost?
