01On-site, online or blended?
All three. On-site at your premises in Catalonia, live online from anywhere in Spain, or blended. We decide based on where the team is and what it needs to practise.
02What level is the team at?
No programming is needed. In the free diagnosis we see where each profile starts and adjust the content; if levels are very different, we suggest separate groups.
03What sector are you in and which tasks do you want to improve?
We work with the real tasks of your sector: documents, emails, customer service, reports. Examples and exercises come from your day-to-day work, not from a generic syllabus.
04How many people will be trained?
We train by group, not per person. There is no maximum; we recommend around 20 people per group so everyone gets to practise. Larger teams are split into several groups.
05Do you want FUNDAE funding?
If your company has staff under the general regime, the training may be funded in full or in part, depending on the available credit and the applicable requirements. We help you estimate the credit, notify FUNDAE of the groups and prepare the documentation.
06In which language?
In Catalan or Spanish, and also in English or French. Written materials are in the group's language.

What are the best AI courses for companies in Spain?
The ones that combine real cases from your sector with the tool your team already uses (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or Gemini) and a trainer with practical experience, not just theory. Our courses are built that way.
Are there subsidies for AI courses at Spanish companies?
The main route is your company's annual FUNDAE training credit, which it can use through rebates on its Social Security contributions, subject to the applicable requirements. The credit is already assigned to the company, so there is no subsidy to apply for. We handle the notifications and the documentation.
Which AI courses for companies include practical cases from industrial sectors?
We adapt the exercises to each company's sector (industry, services, retail, public administration…) during the initial diagnostic, so the team practises with real data and situations from its own day-to-day, not generic examples.
Can it be done online, or does it have to be in person?
Both: on-site at your office, anywhere in Catalonia, or live online with the trainer from anywhere in Spain. We also run blended formats.
How many people can take part in a training session?
The price is per group, not per person, so the larger the group, the lower the cost per attendee. We adjust it to your team's size during the initial diagnostic.
What does an AI course for a company cost?
It is quoted per group, not per person, after the free diagnosis, and it can be funded through your company's FUNDAE credit. The rebate is subject to available credit and compliance with applicable requirements. We send you the proposal in writing before we start. Message us on WhatsApp, call us or fill in the form and we will prepare it for you.
What do we handle with FUNDAE, and what does your company do?
As the organising entity, we coordinate and monitor the training, notify FUNDAE of the start and end of each group and give you the documentation and information needed to apply the rebate, at no extra cost. Both parties keep their supporting records. Your company remains responsible for, among other things, the prior consultation of the workers' legal representatives where they exist, its accounting and tax obligations and the correct application of the rebate. Funding may cover the cost fully or partly, depending on the available credit and the applicable requirements.
How soon after signing up can we start the training?
It depends on date availability and, if it's funded, on FUNDAE's notification deadlines; in the free diagnostic we'll give you an indicative date.
What is the best AI for businesses?
There's no single answer: it depends on the tools your company already uses. ChatGPT is the most widespread, Microsoft Copilot makes sense if you already use Microsoft 365, Claude for analysis and writing tasks, and Gemini if you work with Google Workspace. In the course we choose together based on your tools and data.
How is AI applied in a business?
The usual approach is to start with specific repetitive tasks (emails, reports, customer service), train the team on proper use, set clear rules on what data can be used, and measure the hours saved to decide where to expand.
