AICourseforMarketing
Produce more quality content, optimise campaigns with real data and reclaim hours lost to repetitive work. Without losing your brand voice or your mind trying to figure out tools you do not understand.
AI does not replace the marketing team: it gives it superpowers
Marketing work has a creative side that AI cannot replace: the judgement about what to communicate and what not to, the knowledge of the customer, brand consistency. But it also has a side that consumes hours without adding creative value: the first draft of the blog post, adapting copy to five formats, the weekly metrics report, community replies, follow-up emails. That side can be automated, and when done well it is hard to tell apart.
In this training you learn to use generative AI to accelerate content production while maintaining your brand voice, to analyse campaigns with prompts that extract what matters from the data, and to integrate image and video tools into your workflow without losing weeks trying things that do not work. We also cover the real risks: what happens when AI hallucinates a statistic you publish as fact, how to manage the rights of generated images, and how to stop your content sounding like everyone else's.
What changes when the marketing team masters AI
Content that scales without growing the team
A copywriter who knows how to use AI can produce three times as much content at the same quality level. A blog post that used to take half a day now takes two hours, including research. The extra time goes into refining strategy and editorial judgement, not filling blank pages.
Campaign analysis without depending on the analyst
You export your Google Ads or Meta data, paste it into a chat with the right context and in five minutes you have the conclusions that used to take hours. It does not replace deep analysis, but it speeds up the weekly review and lets you spot problems before they stack up.
SEO and GEO: ranking where your customer searches
Google remains the main search engine, but AI results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) now answer questions that used to drive traffic to your website. Learn to create content that ranks in traditional search engines and to appear as a reference in AI answers: the combination that matters in 2025.
Image and video creatives at real scale
Tools like Midjourney, Sora or Canva AI let you generate creative variants for different formats in minutes. In the training we work with concrete product campaign cases, distinguish when the result is publishable and when it needs a touch-up, and review the usage rights of AI-generated images.
How we run the training
1. Audit of the current marketing workflow
We review the team's real workflow: what content is produced, on which channels, at what cadence and how long each piece takes. We identify the bottlenecks where AI can add the most without breaking quality.
2. Practice with the company's real materials
Every exercise uses the participant's own content: their blog, their ads, their email strategy. We do not work with fictional companies. What is produced in class can be published or adapted directly.
3. Brand voice guardrails and verification
We dedicate a module to how to capture brand voice in system instructions so AI generates consistent content, and how to verify data before publishing. AI hallucinations cost more in marketing than in other areas.
4. Workflows and templates to take away
At the end, each participant has a library of tested prompts and a documented workflow for the team's most frequent use cases. They do not just know how to use the tool: they have a repeatable process.

Can AI write in our brand voice, or does everything sound the same?
It depends on how you instruct it. Without guidance, yes, it tends towards a generic, corporate tone. With well-designed instructions (tone, examples of what to do and what not to, brand-specific terms), the result is much more consistent. In the training we work on exactly this: how to capture brand personality in a reusable system prompt, and how to review the output so it sounds like you, not like everyone else.
What happens if AI invents statistics or incorrect data in the content?
It is a real risk that needs to be managed. AI models generate plausible text, not verified facts. A fabricated statistic published as true can damage brand credibility. In the training we establish the protocol: what type of content can be used directly, what requires source verification, and which tools (such as Perplexity) generate content with real references that can be checked.
Can AI-generated images be used in commercial campaigns?
It depends on the tool and its terms of use. Midjourney Pro, Adobe Firefly and OpenAI's DALL-E have commercial licences, but with nuances: some require attribution, others prohibit certain uses, and the European legal framework on copyright in generative AI continues to evolve. In the training we review the current terms of the main tools and the practical criteria for when to use generated imagery, when stock photography is better, and when a designer's retouching is worth it.
Is it useful for agencies working with multiple clients, or only for internal teams?
It is very useful for agencies. Working with AI in a multi-client context creates an extra challenge: not mixing one client's voice with another's, managing which client data you upload to which tool, and documenting prompts per client so the work is replicable by any team member. We address this specifically if there are agency participants in the group.
Does the training cover social media and email marketing, or only blog content?
It covers all relevant formats: blog posts and SEO, ad copy for Meta and Google, campaign and nurturing emails, LinkedIn and other social posts, and scripts for short videos. The approach changes by channel: what works in a 30-word ad is different from what works in a 1,500-word article. We adapt exercises to the channel mix the team uses.
Can I take the course if I only manage the marketing for my own business?
Yes, and it is one of the most common profiles: the CEO or manager of an SME who handles marketing without a dedicated team. In that case the focus shifts slightly: we prioritise how to produce quality content as a single person, how to automate the most mechanical parts and how to use AI to compensate for the lack of design or analytics specialists.
