We are not a generic tech consultancy. We are an AI school that, from spending so much time on the ground training teams inside companies, knows where the real bottlenecks are and what truly works. This consulting grows out of that applied knowledge.

Julien Bellet partners with companies and leadership teams to integrate artificial intelligence into their business processes. He combines strategic consulting with hands-on training, working in Catalan, Spanish, English and French. Based in Catalonia, with online services across Spain.

Is IAescola a school or a consultancy?
Both: we train your team and, when needed, we help you integrate AI into specific processes. The consultancy grows out of our own experience training teams, not a generic methodology.
How is your consulting different from a tech consultancy?
We come from training hundreds of people in the real-world use of AI, so the diagnostic isn't only technical: we also assess whether your team is ready to adopt the change and what training it needs for the integration to work.
What does an AI consultant do?
They analyse your company's processes, identify where AI can save time or reduce errors, design the solution (tool, integration, workflow) and support the rollout together with training the team that will use it.
How much does AI consulting cost?
The budget depends on the project's scope, so we don't have a fixed rate. We always start with a free diagnostic, no strings attached, which leads to a tailored proposal.
Is consulting also fundable through FUNDAE?
The FUNDAE credit covers training, not pure consulting; when the project includes training for the team, that part can be funded. We'll clarify this during the diagnostic. FUNDAE rebates depend on the company's available credit and compliance with all applicable requirements.
