ChatGPT at work: the difference between using it and mastering it
Most professionals who use ChatGPT do so with one-line prompts and get mediocre results. Judgment makes the difference: knowing what to ask, how to structure it, what to review before publishing, what never to upload, and how to build custom GPTs that work for the company's specific processes.
This course teaches ChatGPT as a daily work tool, not as a lab demo. Each session produces something the team can use the next day: prompt templates for the department, a configured custom GPT, a documented workflow. It also covers the real limits: what sharing data with OpenAI implies, how to configure ChatGPT Business or Enterprise for greater privacy, and which decisions should never be delegated to a language model.

We move from one-line prompts to clear instruction structures with context, role, format and constraints. Every exercise uses real materials: emails, reports, proposals, internal team documents.

Building custom GPTs
Each participant configures at least one GPT for their priority use case. We define the system instructions, reference documents, tone and constraints. The GPT leaves the course ready to use.

Secure-use protocol and GDPR
What data cannot be uploaded to public ChatGPT, how to anonymise before processing, what the difference is between versions in terms of privacy, and how to document AI use in company processes to comply with current regulations.

Is this course useful if the team already uses ChatGPT on their own?
Yes: most attendees already use it, but without a shared approach. We cover advanced prompting, what data not to upload, and real cases from your sector, to move from scattered use to a consistent, secure approach across the team.
What is ChatGPT Business, and how is it different from Enterprise?
They are OpenAI's paid plans for organisations, with user management and additional admin and security features over the personal plan; Enterprise is aimed at larger organisations. Plans, features and prices change frequently: check OpenAI's official pricing page for current details. In the course we help you choose the right plan for your company and configure it under GDPR.
Which ChatGPT licence does my company need?
It depends on the number of people and the data you'll be handling; with customer or employee data, a business plan and clear internal usage rules are worth having. We cover this in the free diagnostic, no strings attached.
What data shouldn't be uploaded to ChatGPT?
As a rule, no data that identifies customers, employees or patients, and no confidential company information, unless the plan and privacy settings explicitly allow it. In the course we go through what's safe and what isn't, with examples from your sector.
Is it for me if I am starting from scratch with ChatGPT?
Yes. We start with the basics (how to ask, how to check the result and what not to share) and move quickly to your own tasks. A free account is enough to start; creating custom GPTs does require a paid plan (Plus, Business or Enterprise).
How long does the course last, and how is it organised?
It depends on the team's level: one session or several, on-site at your company or live online. Duration and calendar are agreed with you after a free first conversation.
Can I take the ChatGPT course on my own, without a company?
Yes. Besides training for teams, we are preparing open-group editions for people who come on their own, live online or in person in Catalonia, in Spanish or Catalan. FUNDAE funding is for companies training their staff, so it does not apply to individuals.
How much does the ChatGPT course for companies cost?
The price is quoted case by case after the free diagnosis, based on the hours and the format, and it can be funded through your company's FUNDAE credit.
