How this differs from the free call
In the promise, not the length.
The free 30 minute call is a sales conversation: we look at whether training suits you, and we say so plainly. The one-off consultation is the opposite. You ask, we answer, and we offer you nothing. It does not compete with the free call. It competes with going without an answer.

Thirty minutes to see whether training suits you. It is a sales conversation and we say so up front.
Written consultation
You send the question with context and get a reasoned answer within 48 hours. No calendar. This is the only route open to individuals.
Live consultation
Forty-five minutes on a single question, by video call or phone. Always followed by a written summary.
Working session
Two hours on a real business problem. From here on it qualifies for FUNDAE funding.

The rules, stated up front
One question per consultation. We do not build anything during the session: we answer and recommend. The written summary closes it. Payment in advance. And if you book training within the following 15 days, the consultation fee is deducted.

What does it cost?
We do not publish prices on the site. When you request a consultation, the first reply already contains the fixed price, the duration and what you get. No haggling, no «it depends», no waiting.
Can I request one without a company?
Yes, through the written route. Live consultations are reserved for companies and teams, because that is what keeps the schedule workable.
What if the question turns out to be bigger than it looked?
We tell you and propose the two hour working session. We do not stretch the consultation or quietly turn it into something else.
Can I use FUNDAE funding?
Not for the short consultation. From the two hour session onwards, yes, because it is structured as training. We will not promise funding for anything that does not qualify.
Can you come to our offices?
Only for the two hour session, and within a sensible radius: Vilafranca del Penedès, El Vendrell and Tarragona. For short consultations the travel does not pay off for either side.
Can we do it over WhatsApp?
For requesting and booking, yes. The answer is not delivered on WhatsApp: we need context and a written record of what was agreed.
What do I walk away with?
A reasoned answer and a written summary of what we discussed and what we recommend doing. Without the summary, two weeks later nothing is left.
Can I use FUNDAE funding as a self-employed worker?
If you are self-employed with NO employees, no: the funding comes from the vocational training contribution paid under the general social security scheme, and the self-employed scheme does not pay it. If you have employees, you can fund their training. Self-employed workers on their own have subsidised training calls instead, which is a different route, and we offer direct payment with a group discount.
