Why is AI not taking off in your organisation?

1

Tools without real adoption

Your team has access to ChatGPT or Copilot but does not use them consistently or know how to apply them to their specific day-to-day tasks.

2

Generic training with no lasting impact

AI courses have been run, but the knowledge does not transfer into actual workflows, and the return on investment is hard to measure.

3

Missing or disconnected AI strategy

There is no clear plan for which tasks to automate, which tools to prioritise, or how to track progress. Each department does its own thing.

The four phases of AI adoption

A structured process that adapts to the size and stage of each organisation.

1

Diagnosis

We analyse your company's processes, identify where AI can create value, and determine which tools fit your team and sector.

2

Consulting and strategy

We define a prioritised adoption plan: which tasks to automate, which tools to implement and in what order, with clear progress indicators.

3

Team training

We train your team in a practical, hands-on way, focused on real use cases and the tools your company will actually use. Available as FUNDAE-subsidised training.

4

Implementation and ongoing support

We support your team through the first months of real use: answering questions, adjusting processes, and consolidating new working habits.

End-to-end support, from diagnosis to implementation

At IAescola we work with organisations across four phases: first we understand the real situation, then we define the strategy, train the team, and finally support the implementation. FUNDAE-subsidised training is one of the tools available within this process.

Training subsidised through FUNDAE

When team training is part of the adoption plan, Spanish companies can offset the cost through FUNDAE. IAescola is a registered training entity.

Frequently asked questions

What level of AI experience does my company need to get started?

None at all. We work with organisations starting from scratch as well as teams that already use some tools but want to structure their adoption more effectively.

Can you work in person in Catalonia?

Yes. We offer in-person sessions in Catalonia and online training and consulting for companies across Spain.

What languages do you work in?

Catalan, Spanish, English and French. We adapt the working language to the needs of the company and its team.

How much does the service cost?

Pricing is tailored to the scope, team size and format. Contact us for a no-commitment proposal.

Can the training be subsidised through FUNDAE?

Yes. When team training is part of the service, it can be subsidised through the FUNDAE continuous training credit for active employees. We are a registered entity under Nº 9900033425.

What is the difference between the adoption service and the company training course?

The course is a specific training programme for teams. The adoption service is end-to-end support that includes diagnosis, strategy, training and implementation. Training is one phase of the service, not the whole offer.
