A public course teaches general use cases (marketing, personal productivity). Your team needs to see AI applied to YOUR sector, YOUR internal tools, YOUR real workflows — so they can replicate it the following Monday.
Schedules and format out of control
If training requires displacements or coordinating 25 calendars for a public course, attendance drops. In-company training happens at YOUR location, on YOUR schedule, with sessions that fit your working day.
Zero post-training follow-up
Knowledge not applied within 2 weeks is lost. Public courses end on the last day. Serious in-company training includes follow-up sessions 4-6 weeks later to resolve real deployment questions.
How we work
Discovery session
30-60 free minutes with the training or area lead. We identify sector, team, current tools, priority use cases, constraints (GDPR, sensitive data, language).
Program design
Detailed proposal: content per session, sector practical cases, tools to test, success metrics. We iterate until client sign-off. FUNDAE paperwork in parallel.
Delivery
On-site at your office, hybrid, or live online. Client materials as base for exercises (with NDA if needed). Each participant leaves with ready-to-use templates, prompts, and workflows.
Post-training follow-up
4-6 weeks later: 90-min review session to resolve real deployment questions, adjust workflows that didn't work, deepen cases that emerged. Included in price.

How is this different from your public AI training for companies?
The public course has fixed dates, mixed groups from several companies, and standardized content. In-company is exclusive for YOUR team, on YOUR schedule, at YOUR location, with YOUR sector's cases. Same expertise, much higher customization. If you have 8+ people to train, in-company usually delivers better ROI and more relevance.
Do you travel to our office?
Yes. We travel anywhere in Catalonia and Spain. For outside Catalonia, travel costs (transport + lodging if applicable) are quoted separately. Alternative: live online or hybrid (kick-off on-site + rest online) for distributed teams.
How many people can participate?
Pedagogical sweet spot is 6-20 people (real interaction, hands-on exercises with individual feedback). Up to 100+ people we use lecture + breakout groups + self-application templates. For >100 in a single event, we combine plenary opening + department-specific sessions.
Do you work under NDA with confidential client data?
Yes. We sign NDA before the discovery session if needed. In the training we use your real materials as the base (covered by NDA). We never use identifiable client information in public examples without permission.
What durations are common?
Shorter programs: 8h in 1-2 days (practical intro + cases). Standard: 16-24h in 4-6 sessions (full coverage + real practice). Longer: 40h+ with 1-on-1 tutoring per area. Optimal duration depends on team's starting level and depth required.
How much does in-company training cost?
Price depends on number of participants, hours, format (on-site requires travel), level of customization, language, and whether follow-up is included. After the free discovery session we provide a detailed quote. If your company has employees, remember the cost is 100% FUNDAE-subsidized.
What languages do you deliver in?
Spanish, Catalan, English. For multilingual teams (common in multinationals) we pick a primary language and provide supporting materials in another language. Written materials always in the agreed primary language.
Is there any results guarantee?
Pedagogical guarantee: if after training your team considers the agreed discovery-session objectives haven't been met, we schedule additional sessions at no cost until they are covered. No business-results guarantee (no one in training gives that) but knowledge-transfer guarantee.
