The training at a glance
- Language
- Entirely in Catalan on request: sessions, materials and certificate. We also teach in Spanish, English or French.
- Formats
- Hands-on workshop at your premises, live online training or a talk. They can be combined: for example, a talk for the whole company followed by workshops for each team.
- Group size
- We recommend up to 20 people in the hands-on part. That way the trainer sees how each person applies AI to their own tasks, answers their specific questions and corrects their exercises: that is what makes real individual attention possible. For larger groups we adapt the format, with several sessions or a talk designed to explain and open up perspectives for many people at once.
- Where
- In person across Catalonia: Barcelona, Tarragona, the Penedès, Girona and Lleida. Live online across Spain. Based in Banyeres del Penedès.
- Length and content
- Tailored: we build the programme from your team's real tasks and documents. If you want to start with a bounded trial, the pilot programme is 12–16 h.
- FUNDAE
- Registered training provider (9900033425) and FUNDAE organising entity. We file the FUNDAE notifications and prepare the documentation so the training can be funded, fully or partly, depending on your credit and the applicable requirements.
- Certificate
- Each participant receives an IAescola certificate of achievement (diploma acreditativo) if they pass the assessment, or a certificate of attendance if they do not. It is not an official qualification.

AI training that comes to you
IAescola is an artificial intelligence training academy based in the Penedès. We do not have a fixed classroom you need to travel to: we are the ones who come to your company, educational centre or meeting venue, anywhere in Catalonia reachable by car. For individuals and distributed teams, we deliver live online sessions throughout Spain.
This means you get genuine in-person training (with your team, using your material and your real cases) without the costs or rigidity of moving everyone to a specific city. And if you prefer online, the quality is the same: live sessions, real interaction and materials you can put to use the very next day.

We talk about your sector, your team and what you want to achieve. We define objectives, level and the format (in-person, online or hybrid) that fits best.

We come to you
We travel to your office, centre or venue anywhere in Catalonia you specify. You do not move your team: the training takes place in your environment, using your real cases.

Applied training
No pointless theory. Exercises on real material (NDA where applicable), current tools and clear judgment: what to upload and what not to, GDPR, ethics and workflows you can use the next day.

Follow-up
Certificate of achievement or attendance, materials and, depending on the programme, online follow-up sessions to resolve questions once the team starts applying what they have learnt.

Specialist in digital transformation with applied AI. More than 30 years teaching, 15 of them as a secondary-school teacher; before focusing on AI he ran a digital marketing agency. These are the questions that let us prepare a tailored proposal. If you already have the answers, the proposal arrives sooner.
01On-site, online or blended?
All three. On-site at your premises in Catalonia, live online from anywhere in Spain, or blended. We decide based on where the team is and what it needs to practise.
02What level is the team at?
No programming is needed. In the free diagnosis we see where each profile starts and adjust the content; if levels are very different, we suggest separate groups.
03What sector are you in and which tasks do you want to improve?
We work with the real tasks of your sector: documents, emails, customer service, reports. Examples and exercises come from your day-to-day work, not from a generic syllabus.
04How many people will be trained?
We train by group, not per person. There is no maximum; we recommend around 20 people per group so everyone gets to practise. Larger teams are split into several groups.
05Do you want FUNDAE funding?
If your company has staff under the general regime, the training may be funded in full or in part, depending on the available credit and the applicable requirements. We help you estimate the credit, notify FUNDAE of the groups and prepare the documentation.
06In which language?
In Catalan or Spanish, and also in English or French. Written materials are in the group's language.
Frequently asked questions
Can the training be entirely in Catalan?
Yes, on request: sessions, materials and certificate, all in Catalan. We also teach in Spanish, English or French, or mix languages for international teams.
How many people can be in each group?
We recommend up to 20 people in the hands-on part. That gives the trainer time for each participant: seeing how they apply AI to their tasks, answering their specific questions and correcting their exercises. For larger teams we adapt the format: several sessions, or a talk for everyone followed by workshops in smaller groups.
Which areas of Catalonia do you travel to?
All of Catalonia reachable by car from the Penedès: Barcelona and the metropolitan area, Tarragona and Camp de Tarragona, the entire Penedès, Girona and Lleida with their counties. If your location is somewhat remote, we discuss it in the diagnostic call and confirm availability and logistics.
Does in-person training cost more due to travel?
Within Catalonia, travel is included in most in-person programmes. For very distant locations or outside Catalonia, we quote travel and expenses separately and tell you upfront, with no surprises.
Can I combine in-person and online?
Yes, it is very common. A frequent format is an in-person kick-off with the whole team followed by online follow-up sessions. Ideal for distributed teams or companies with several offices across Catalonia.
Do you offer in-person training for individuals or only for businesses?
In-person makes more sense for teams and businesses (we come to your space). For individuals and small groups, live online is usually the most practical option, with the same interaction and quality. If a group gathers in one area, we will also consider in-person.
I am outside Catalonia. Can I train with you?
Yes. Across Spain we deliver live online sessions using the same methodology and materials. For in-person training outside Catalonia, we assess each project individually.
Is it eligible for FUNDAE funding anywhere in Catalonia?
Training may qualify for a rebate anywhere in Catalonia if the company has available credit and meets the applicable requirements; its location within Spain does not replace those conditions. Wherever you are, we notify FUNDAE of the start and end of each group and prepare the documentation; your company keeps its obligations as the beneficiary and applies the rebate.
