Methodology
Executive format: intensive sessions with strong discussion and case study components. We work with a real business case analysis methodology, role-playing of committee presentations and co-creation of the action plan among participants. Includes a 1-hour individual mentoring session to refine each participant's plan.
This course is designed for managers who do not need to be technical AI experts, but do need to understand it well enough to make informed strategic decisions. We work with real cases of companies that have successfully implemented AI (and others that have failed) to extract practical lessons.
By the end of the programme, each participant will have a concrete action plan for their organisation: where to apply AI, with what resources, on what timeline and with which KPIs to track.
Frequently asked questions
No. The course is specifically designed for management profiles without a technical background. We explain AI concepts in business and impact terms, not algorithms. If you can run a business, you have the required level.
The programme consists of 16 hours distributed in 4-hour sessions to minimise the impact on executive schedules. Additionally, a 1-hour individual mentoring session is included, scheduled at a convenient time for each participant.
SMEs often have more agility to implement AI than large corporations. The course covers cases from companies of all sizes and we adapt the action plan to each organisation's resources and scale. Many of our success stories are Catalan SMEs.
