They do not check who delivers it
If you entrust the organisation to an external entity, the entity that delivers the training must be registered or accredited as applicable; otherwise it is not fundable. The organising and delivering entities can be different: check this before signing.

Every company with employees has an annual credit based on vocational training contributions. We calculate it with your TGSS data before you commit to anything.

We adapt the courses to the team, sector and objectives. The training action meets FUNDAE requirements (minimum 2h, duly documented).

Notifications and documentation
Start notification to FUNDAE 2 days in advance, attendance and assessment documentation throughout the course, and certificates of achievement or attendance at the end.

Your company offsets the contributions
With the documentation we prepare, your company applies the rebate to its Social Security contributions. It may cover the cost fully or partly, depending on the available credit, the eligible costs, the maximum hourly modules, the required private co-financing and the other applicable requirements.
How much can you save
Each company's FUNDAE credit depends on its headcount and on the training contributions it paid the previous year, and depending on size a share of private co-funding is required. That is why we do not quote a generic figure: the calculator applies the current formulas to your case, and we go through it with you on the diagnosis call before quoting.

Before you ask for a quote: what we will ask you
These are the questions that let us prepare a tailored proposal. If you already have the answers, the proposal arrives sooner.
01On-site, online or blended?
All three. On-site at your premises in Catalonia, live online from anywhere in Spain, or blended. We decide based on where the team is and what it needs to practise.
02What level is the team at?
No programming is needed. In the free diagnosis we see where each profile starts and adjust the content; if levels are very different, we suggest separate groups.
03What sector are you in and which tasks do you want to improve?
We work with the real tasks of your sector: documents, emails, customer service, reports. Examples and exercises come from your day-to-day work, not from a generic syllabus.
04How many people will be trained?
We train by group, not per person. There is no maximum; we recommend around 20 people per group so everyone gets to practise. Larger teams are split into several groups.
05Do you want FUNDAE funding?
If your company has staff under the general regime, the training may be funded in full or in part, depending on the available credit and the applicable requirements. We help you estimate the credit, notify FUNDAE of the groups and prepare the documentation.
06In which language?
In Catalan or Spanish, and also in English or French. Written materials are in the group's language.

FUNDAE frequently asked questions
What exactly is FUNDAE?
The Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo manages the training credit each company is assigned based on its Social Security contributions, which it can use to fund training for its staff.
Which companies can access the funding?
Any company with staff under Spain's general Social Security regime that contributes for vocational training, regardless of its size.
How much can I fund?
The rebate may cover all or part of the course cost, depending on available credit, eligible documented costs, the applicable cost limits and other requirements, including private co-financing where required.
Is IAescola a registered training provider?
Yes, with number 9900033425. It also acts as the organising entity for its client companies.
What requirements must the course meet to be fundable?
It must be part of the company's training plan, be notified to FUNDAE within the required deadline, and be justified with the corresponding attendance and documentation; we notify FUNDAE of the group and prepare the documentation.
How long does the paperwork take?
By law, the start notification to FUNDAE must be filed at least 2 calendar days before the course starts. We recommend planning the training 2-3 weeks ahead so it fits the team's schedule. If you are in a hurry, ask us: some modular courses can start sooner.
Do the FUNDAE notifications and documentation have an extra cost for my company?
No: the start and end notifications to FUNDAE and the documentation needed to apply the rebate are included in the course price.
Does the SEPE offer free AI courses?
Yes: the SEPE and Spain's regional governments fund AI courses for workers and jobseekers, delivered by entities accredited for that programme. That is not the same as a fundable course: a subsidised course is paid by the government to the provider, while a fundable one is paid by your company and recovered through its social security contributions with the FUNDAE credit. Training your company organises for its own staff can be fundable, subject to credit and requirements, and that is IAescola's case.
