Before publishing a trainer's profile, IAescola applies a public methodology with five criteria, the same for everyone: real experience in the sector, documented AI training, experience teaching teams, verifiable cases, and express written consent. This is not a ranking or a vote: the person who verifies is always different from the person being verified, and the review date is shown on every profile. Today the selection is focused on marketing and communication. In person where a trainer is based; online in the languages our trainers work in.

Talking publicly about artificial intelligence has its own value, and it is often done by people with real technical training. Our criterion measures something else: that the person has spent years working inside the sector they train, that they deliver training on assignment to specific teams, and that someone outside their own brand has reviewed that track record, with a visible date. The difference is who checks the fact.
